These terms govern your use of xtrimcabinets.com and the X-Trim client portal.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for the accuracy of the information on your account, including your delivery address. We may deactivate accounts that provide false information or misuse the portal.

Quotes and orders

Quotes prepared in the portal are estimates based on the specifications discussed with your rep and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order begins production only after the quote is approved and the deposit is received.

Payment schedule

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, orders follow our standard schedule: 50 percent deposit on approval, 30 percent when production begins, and 20 percent when the order is ready to ship. Invoices are delivered through the portal.

Portal use

The portal is provided for managing your projects with us. You agree not to attempt to access information belonging to other clients or to interfere with the operation of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
