X-Trim Cabinets (“we”, “us”) operates xtrimcabinets.com, including our client portal and quoting tools. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or create a portal account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (if applicable), and a verified delivery address. As you use the portal we also store the quotes, orders, invoices, and messages associated with your account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account; we never see your Google password.

How we use it

We use your information solely to run your projects: preparing and delivering quotes, manufacturing and shipping your order, invoicing, and communicating with you through the portal and by email. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to operate: Supabase (secure database and sign-in), Google (optional Google sign-in), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Jobber (billing documents). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Security and access

Access to client information inside our team is restricted on a need-to-know basis: sales reps can only see the clients assigned to them, and every restriction is enforced at the database level. Client portal accounts are protected by password or Google sign-in.

Retention and your choices

We keep project records (quotes, orders, invoices) for as long as required for business and tax purposes. You can update your profile information in the portal at any time, and you can ask us to deactivate your account by messaging your rep or writing to account@xtrimcabinets.com.
