Ranger Board
Slab
Ranger Board — a premium paintable MDF manufactured for cabinetry. Primed and ready for any paint colour. Most economical slab line — ideal for contractor, rental, and residential builds.
Clean full-face Ranger Board panel. No profile, no groove, no detail. One sheet cut to size — fastest and most economical door we produce. Paint any colour in your shop or on site.
Higher-density Ranger Board substrate. Smoother surface grain — takes paint with a finer finish. Slightly more expensive but preferred when a flawless painted result is required.

Standard 3-inch rail and stile with flat recessed center panel. Most requested residential door. CNC routed as one-piece MDF or glued frame with floating panel.
A true five-piece slim shaker built from a solid hardwood frame with a narrow mitred rail wrapping a veneered centre panel. The tight bevelled reveal gives a crisp, refined shaker line with the depth, warmth and durability of real wood. Offered in two finishes: White Oak or Walnut.
Two shaker panels stacked — ideal for tall upper cabinets and pantry doors. Same toolpath as slim shaker applied twice. Classic farmhouse and transitional aesthetic.

Pre-finished thermally fused laminate. No painting. Matching edgebanding applied in our shop.
